The Facilities Management industry demands that its workforce acquire excellent management skills and can take on several tasks at once. The clients business meetings lacked structure. Presenters were unable to achieve the objective of stakeholder meetings, leading to wastage of time and efforts.

We performed an audience analysis and evaluated their current knowledge level. We then identified the presentation objective Vs business meeting objective. As part of the project we reviewed business presentations to analyse objective, content, in line with the meeting objective. We then devised training evaluation matrix.

TORAH team conducted The perfect pitch™ workshop pan India. A pre-post evaluation was performed keeping in mind the matrices identified during the analysis phase. This evaluation data became tool for the internal HR team for IDP. Post training support was also given to the participants for a complete support and employee development. The recorded performance was further shared with the participants to self improvement.

The client witnessed 11% delta improvement in skills (pan India). A complete IDP was documented with key AOIs. Since the learners were given recorded sessions of pre-post performance, many self learning individuals worked on their AOIs post training as well. The participants were given exclusive access to knowledge groups for further support, post training.

Banking, financial service, and insurance industries provide a range of financial services. This sector has suffered one of the biggest cultural shifts in the last decade. Competition and expectations have risen and technology has ingrained itself in the industry like never before. Since our client had recently started India operations, there were no L&D processes in place. A need to create a T&D function had become the need of the hour. Skills development was required at all levels. The business performance was getting impacted due to skill/knowledge gaps. There were recurrent compliance issues that were raised. There was recurring client feedback on poor performance.

We performed audience analysis and evaluated the KSA required at each business function and Individual level. We also identified training team’s execution challenges and articulated process gaps to define process maps for an L&D function.

We helped our client devise a centralised L&D structure (India operations), built a competency framework to map the current KSA gap and to provide base for future recruitment. We identified matrices for training evaluation and devised reporting mechanism for L&D initiatives. We developed process maps for smoother operation between HR functions and also created complete training content (process/functional/compliance /soft skills).
